Not too long ago, your only options for buying a land were to either go through a real estate agent or talk directly to a seller. These two options were equally bad (for different reasons). Dealing with a realtor meant paying exorbitant fees (thereby making purchasing land less accessible to people without a good amount of capital).
On the other hand, buying land directly from a seller meant that both inexperienced parties had to figure out the process (leading to a long and frustrating engagement). The lucky people were the ones who were able to purchase land through land investors. This way, they were able to get a good deal and benefit from the investors' expertise. The only problem? You had to have the right connections to even find an investor, which meant the best land deals were reserved for a select few people.

For example, while other companies sell land on quitclaim or special warranty deeds, we don’t even entertain the practice. Instead, we transfer ownership on warranty deeds which provides the maximum level of protection to our customers.
